MRM Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisified with your product for any reason at all, please follow these steps to submit for a return.   We will be happy to issue store credit for the purchase price if the item is unopened and unaltered.

If you receive a defective item, please be detailed so we can address the problem.   

To submit an item for return, please follow the steps below:

1. Visit My Account and select your order history & details:
2.  Select the order that contains the item you wish to return:

3. After selecting the order, scroll down and select the item & enter the quantity to be returned.
 - Fill out the box with details about the defect or reasons why you would like to return.
 - Click the box labeled Make an RMA slip

Once you make an RMA slip, your return has been submitted and will need to be approved. 
Your RMA approval could take up to 48 hours to be accepted.

You can review the status of your return by clicking on My Merchandise Returns located in My Account

Locate the RMA that was accepted, and print your Return Slip
The Return Slip will contain the following information.  Please print the return slip and follow the instructions to return your product.
